Neurodivergence-Affirming Therapy

Being neurodivergent is not something to fix—it’s part of the rich tapestry of who you are. Therapy can be a place to witness and support the unique ways your mind and body experience life, to explore sensory and nervous system needs, uncover strengths, and find tools that feel right for you—creating space for understanding, relief, and self-acceptance.

I endeavour to provide therapy that honours neurodivergent experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care. We explore how your unique mind and body interact with the world, helping you reconnect with your wholeness and innate value.

While I don’t provide formal assessments or diagnoses, I support understanding of learning differences and the social or mental health impacts of being a neuro-minority, and can help guide you toward the right professionals if you’re seeking evaluation or specialized support.

My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and anti-oppressive. Together we create a space where you can be seen, understood, and empowered to find tools and strategies that truly fit your needs.

This therapy space is grounded in affirming neurodivergent experiences, supporting insight, self-advocacy, and personal growth. Inclusive practices are informed by research on neurodiversity and equity, such as Harvard’s work on intersectionality and mental health, alongside resources like the Autistic Self Advocacy Network and the Canadian Mental Health Association.

*My practice is based in the west-end of Toronto. I work with clients virtually Canada-wide.
