My work is psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that early experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate. I support adults in healing relational wounds, cultivating secure attachment, and regulating the nervous system. Sessions are collaborative and guided by curiosity, compassion, and honesty, weaving insight with somatic awareness. Drawing on a background in visual arts, mindfulness, and holistic practice, I bring creative, intuitive sensitivity to each session. Together, we may attend to both insight and the body’s signals, weaving in somatic awareness to support emotional integration.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is supported by a growing body of research demonstrating its effectiveness for long-term healing, emotional regulation, and relationship patterns (learn more here).
Above all, I provide a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported—not for quick fixes, but to build a strong foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
